legalize marijuana?

The essay was written by a student in high school talkin about the reasons why America should legalize marijuana. He names reasons like price it takes to keep it illeagal versus the economy benifits that could be had if you could tax it. He also talkes about the medicinal reasons why it would help. this is probably some kid that thinks he would be cool for writing such a essay and his friends will hi-five him for it. Maybe he just likes to smoke. I cannot say i haven't done it but i dont believe that it should be legal.
